Documented Standards. Clear Process.
Ralun's editorial output follows a documented review process. The steps below describe how content moves from initial sourcing through contributor review to final publication.
From Source to Publication.
Each piece published on Ralun passes through a five-stage review sequence. No article reaches the reader without completing all five stages.
Topic Identification
Subject candidates are sourced from reader correspondence, field observation across Jakarta's active lifestyle community, and periodic review of published nutritional and fitness research.
Source Review
All reference materials are assessed before use. Sources must be either peer-reviewed publications, registered nutritional organisations, or qualified wellness professionals with documented credentials.
Draft & Annotation
Contributors produce an annotated draft that identifies each factual claim alongside its source reference. Claims without traceable sources are returned at this stage without exception.
Editorial Check
The editorial desk cross-checks annotated claims against source documents. Any discrepancy between the article text and its cited source triggers a mandatory revision before the article advances.
Publication & Archiving
Approved articles are published with a dated revision marker. Source annotations are archived internally. Corrections submitted by readers are reviewed and, where valid, applied with a visible update note.
What the Standards Require.
Ralun operates as an independent wellness resource. No article on the site represents a consultation substitute or a personal directive to any individual reader. The editorial standards described here apply equally to all content published under the Ralun name, regardless of the contributor's credentials.
Where a topic intersects with individual variation — such as body composition awareness, nutritional requirements, or sleep architecture — articles include a note directing readers toward qualified wellness or nutrition professionals for personal guidance. This note is non-negotiable.
Ralun is an independent wellness resource focused on everyday nutrition and active lifestyle practices for men. The content is not affiliated with any governmental or institutional body.
Source Traceability
Every factual claim is internally annotated to a published source. Readers may submit a correction request via the contact form if they identify a sourcing error.
No Commercial Endorsement
Ralun does not accept paid placements within editorial content. Product references in articles are included solely on the basis of editorial relevance and are not commercially sponsored.
Dated Revision Markers
All published articles carry an initial publication date. Any post-publication revision — whether a factual correction or a structural update — is logged with a visible revision date adjacent to the original publication date.
Contributor Independence
Contributors retain editorial independence over article content. The Ralun editorial desk reviews for accuracy and standard adherence, not for alignment with a house view or commercial preference.

Source Categories Used by Ralun.
Ralun uses four categories of reference material. The following describes each category and the conditions under which it qualifies for use in a published article. Contributors are required to classify each source in their annotated draft.
Ingredient profiles in Ralun's nutritional supplement coverage are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.
Category 01
Peer-Reviewed Publications
Published research from indexed journals in nutritional science, sports science, exercise physiology, and sleep research. Preferred tier. DOI or stable URL required.
Category 02
Registered Organisations
Guidance documents from registered nutritional, fitness, or public health organisations with documented review processes. Secondary preference tier.
Category 03
Qualified Practitioner Interviews
Directly quoted or paraphrased statements from qualified nutrition or fitness professionals, accompanied by credential documentation. The individual must consent to attribution.
Category 04
Field Observation Notes
First-person accounts, product reviews, and practice observations by contributors. Always labelled as observation rather than general recommendation. Used as supplementary material only.
Independent Batch Verification.
Where Ralun covers supplement formulations, active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.
Batches referenced in Ralun articles are independently tested by third-party laboratories. Verification covers elemental concentration and labelling accuracy. Results are filed internally and made available to the editorial desk on request.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
Third-Party Testing
Elemental concentration verified by independent laboratories outside the supply chain.
Certificate of Composition
Every batch covered in articles carries a supplier-issued composition certificate archived by the editorial desk.
Food-Grade Processing
Sourcing criteria include supplier facility standards. Food-grade processing documentation is required from all primary suppliers.
Batch Traceability
Batch codes referenced in articles are traceable within Ralun's internal archive, enabling retrospective review if source data is updated.
